The sensor with WiFi interface is designed to measure the temperature of up to four connected probes (optional).<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Communicates with the sensor via a wireless WiFi network. The device sends the measured values to the online COMET Cloud (minimum interval 5 minutes) or to the COMET database. The measured values can be displayed on an integrated web page or made available to third-party systems via Modbus TCP, SNMP, JSON and XML. The measured values are displayed on the LCD monitor.<\/p>

The device continuously evaluates the alarm limits of the measured values and sends an e-mail or notification via an acoustic signal if the alarm limits are exceeded. Two alarm limits are supported per measurement channel.<\/p>

The main advantage of sensors with a WiFi interface is that they can be simply deployed where a WiFi infrastructure already exists, simply by placing them in the desired location and connecting them to a WiFi network. Simply place the sensor in the desired location and connect it to the WiFi network. the WiFi sensor, combined with the COMET Cloud, provides a comprehensive monitoring and alarming solution, eliminating the need for a server solution. However, if necessary, the sensors can also connect to third party systems via Modbus TCP protocol, SNMP protocol or by sending JSON data to an http server. The sensor also allows values to be provided via XML and JSON using HTTP GET requests.<\/p>
