The PCH series of dry baths is a compact, flexible and easy-to-use system designed to meet the needs of laboratories that require both heating and cooling of microtubes over a temperature range of -10 to 100 \u00b0C. The PCH series of dry baths ensures stable temperature control even in the presence of large fluctuations in the room temperature, and consists of three main models: the PCH-1, the PCH-2 and the PCH-3. The PCH series of dry baths provide an effective tool for DNA\/RNA sample preparation. It can quickly reach the denaturation temperature of 95 \u00b0C at a very fast heating rate, a timer will control the duration of the denaturation process, and the sample can be quickly cooled down again to the temperature at which the gel is loaded.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
