What You'll Do
1. 2. Testing & Troubleshooting: Execute functional testing, establish error reporting mechanisms, resolve key technical issues, and develop prototypes to simulate application scenarios.

What You'll Need
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in STEM disciplines, with 3-5 years of software support experience.
