IT Software Engineer (3-5 years work exp.) (Redis)

About the role
As a Software Engineer, you will be the core of the digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and optimization of critical business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, scalability, and resilience in cloud and on-premise environments.
What You’ll Do
1. Solution Design & Deployment: Provide database setup consultation (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Redis) for clients, design customized solutions, and collaborate with sales/marketing teams to translate technical value into client benefits.
2. Testing & Troubleshooting: Execute functional testing, establish error reporting mechanisms, resolve key technical issues, and develop prototypes to simulate application scenarios.
3. Technical Consultation: Prepare user manuals and technical documents, clearly explain technical details to non-technical clients, and host product training and technical seminars.
4. Technical Output & Dissemination: Exchange insights with domestic and international experts to enhance database architecture and operational practices, and write product technical articles to promote application cases.
What You’ll Need
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in STEM disciplines, with 3-5 years of software support experience;
2. Possess basic IT knowledge and database concepts, and master network concepts, setup, and operation-related knowledge;
3.Have experience in the setup and operation of common databases (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Redis, etc.);
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to assist sales and marketing teams;
5. Good learning ability and logical thinking, able to quickly understand and master new products and tools, and proficient in using AI to improve work efficiency.
