About the Role
We are looking for a passionate B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in connecting our products with customer needs, providing tailored solutions, driving business growth, and maintaining customer relationships. With your efforts, we aim to solidify our brand position in Hong Kong market. If you believe you can be a key driver in taking the team further, we are definitely looking for you!
What You’ll Do
1. Develop and maintain good relationships with corporate clients, achieve sales targets, and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Establish contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, etc., and introduce our products and services to them, showcasing our value and competitive advantages, thereby successfully expanding sales opportunities.
4. Analyze customer needs, devise personalized solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are addressed effectively.
5. Track sales progress, update sales pipelines and reports in a timely manner, and participate in the formulation and execution of sales strategies.
6. Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to better formulate sales strategies and optimize sales methods
What You’ll Need
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines.
2. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
3. Proactive and self-motivated, adept at exploring new markets and establishing good customer relationships.
4. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, capable of swiftly addressing technical and business challenges.
5. Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Hong Kong natives and Immediate available are preferred.
