About the Role
We are an international company focused on providing high-tech products and services, dedicated to meeting customer needs, and providing comprehensive solutions. We are seeking a professional software engineer to develop and deliver software solutions for our Hong Kong clients as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in software development and solution architecture, capable of understanding and meeting the unique requirements of enterprise clients. This position requires innovation, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively deliver high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do
1. Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their project and application requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
2. Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications.
3. Introduce and promote the company’s products and solutions to clients, providing relevant technical demonstrations and training to help clients understand and use the products.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation and application process, resolving any issues that may arise.
5. Responsible for writing and maintaining technical support documents, including product user manuals, technical guides, seminar materials, etc., to facilitate clients’ understanding and use of the products.
What You’ll Need
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above in computer, software engineering, communication, electronics, information technology or related disciplines.
2. Familiar with any programming language
3. Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail enable the accurate analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact effectively with people of cross- cultural backgrounds.
5. Interested in automatic driving, radio communication, network visualization, test measurement, automotive electronics, biotechnology and monitoring, cloud computing, intelligent perception, and other fields.
6. Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Hong Kong natives and Immediate available are preferred.
