About the Role
We are a company dedicated to providing high-end technical solutions, and we are currently seeking a proactive Business Development Officer with excellent business expansion capabilities to join our team, contributing to the growth of our business. The Business Development Officer plays a crucial role in the strategic growth of the company. By deeply understanding market trends and industry dynamics, the Business Development Officer formulates and executes effective expansion strategies to increase the company’s market share in Hong Kong. Simultaneously, they identify new business opportunities, establish close connections with potential clients, and facilitate business collaborations. This position serves as a key driver for business growth, working together with the team to achieve common business goals and visions.
What You’ll Do
1. Responsible for developing and executing market expansion plans in the Hong Kong region to achieve sales targets and business growth.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to seek business collaboration opportunities.
3. Manage the sales process, including customer follow-up, quoting, negotiation, and contracting.
4. Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand influence and market share.
5. Monitor market dynamics, research competitors, analyze and summarize sales data and market feedback, and provide beneficial suggestions and improvement proposals.
What You’ll Need
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills, capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with various corporate clients.
3. Possesses profound market analysis skills and business insight, able to formulate practical sales strategies.
4. Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Hong Kong natives and Immediate available are preferred.
