About the Role

As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing various cybersecurity solutions to protect clients’ data and businesses in digital environments. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge and a comprehensive perspective to understand and evaluate clients’ security needs and provide corresponding solutions and support services.
What You’ll Do
1. Design and develop appropriate network security solutions according to client requirements, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, secure access controls, and network encryption, among others.
2. Assess security vulnerabilities and potential threats in client network systems and provide recommendations and measures for improvement accordingly.
3. Provide technical support services for clients in network security, addressing their queries and assisting them in resolving network security issues encountered during the use of security products and solutions.
4. Offer relevant network security technical training for clients to enhance their internal team’s security awareness and skills.
5. Generate technical documentation and use cases based on differentiated solutions, to support internal teams, external clients, and market activities, facilitating the promotion of solutions to the market and realizing technical value.
What You’ll Need
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above in computer, software, information security, network security, network engineering, telecommunications engineering, or related disciplines
2. Possess strong learning abilities and be familiar with network security and information security concepts.
3. Understand mainstream security devices such as network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
5. Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Hong Kong natives and Immediate available are preferred.
