About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive individual with an excellent technical background and outstanding sales skills to join our team as a Technical Sales Engineer, contributing to the growth of our business. The Technical Sales Engineer is a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for understanding client needs, showcasing technical product advantages, assisting in solution development, and driving sales success. This position requires excellent communication skills, sales expertise, a deep understanding of the products, and the ability to establish close collaborative relationships with clients and achieve sales targets. What You’ll Do
1. Understand the technical features and advantages of the product, engage with customers to comprehend their technical requirements, provide solutions that meet their needs, and drive sales growth.
2. Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, expand the market, handle sales with key clients (including business negotiation, order processing, and achieving performance targets), develop potential customers in specific regions, expand the brand market, provide professional sales services, and maintain customer relationships.
3. Participate in product demonstrations and technical training to showcase the technical advantages and features of the product, convey its technical value, and enhance customer awareness and trust.
4. Monitor customer needs and market trends, adjust sales strategies promptly to meet customer requirements, and collaborate with the technical team for solution improvement and innovation.
5. Continuously track market dynamics and industry trends, provide customer feedback, and analyze market demands.
What You’ll Need
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
2. Possessing a strong sense of teamwork and project management skills, capable of collaborating efficiently with different teams to achieve common goals.
3. Demonstrating self-motivation and excellent time management abilities, able to maintain high efficiency and remain composed under pressure while facing challenges.
4. Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Hong Kong natives and Immediate available are preferred.
