The PCV-2400 Mini Centrifuge and Vortex Mixer is a cost-effective combination of a mini centrifuge and a vortex mixer, which can be used to centrifuge and vortex mix low-volume microtubes, such as microtubes or 0.2 ml union tubes, either jointly or separately. The microtubes are placed into the rotary head for simultaneous rotation, and then removed and placed into the vortex mixer on the top of the instrument for vortex mixing, which saves time, labor, and materials in the rotate-mix-rotate application.
