TrackSense Pro XL-真空傳感器

TrackSense Pro XL Wireless Data Logger
Vacuum Sensors
The vacuum sensor has a pressure range of 0.001 mBar to 100 mBar and can record temperature levels in the SIP stage with a temperature range of -80 to +140 °C. It can be used for a variety of applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries, and is particularly suited to low-temperature applications such as freeze-drying/cold-drying.
The high-quality wireless TrackSense Pro XL data logger is made of high-strength stainless steel and offers high-end technology for stable and highly accurate measurements in different thermal processes.
The TrackSense Pro XL data logger series is equipped with an interchangeable sensor option that unlocks multiple measurement parameters:
✓ Temperature
✓ Pressure
✓ Conductivity
✓ Relative Humidity
✓ Vacuum
✓ Vapor penetration
The DataCORDER can be easily activated and read by multiple readout stations and combined with the Sky Module via wireless communication to obtain real-time data.

Applications

Freeze-drying
Freeze drying (or chill drying) is a technique used to remove water from a solution to leave a more stable "dried product". The technique involves freezing the product on a rack at a very low temperature, applying a vacuum, and then slowly heating the product to ensure that the ice turns to vapor to remove the water.
The key parameters of the process are temperature (product and shelf) and pressure/vacuum.
