Time Sensitive Network Traffic Logger
The RELY-TSN-REC is a flexible platform with a large number of available configurations to provide the most suitable equipment for each customer. This flexibility is realized through optional pluggable modules that cover a wide range of applications in critical industries.

Product Overview
Today, convergence to Ethernet networks is a reality at all levels. In addition, in critical areas such as automotive, aerospace, railway, industrial automation, etc., this Ethernet convergence must be combined with certainty in order to avoid critical traffic being affected by non-critical traffic. Time-sensitive networking has become the clear solution to meet these needs.
However, due to the heterogeneous nature of TSN networks, it must be possible to analyze network traffic at the frame level for protocol verification, performance analysis, conformance testing and forensics. In addition, the effectiveness of this analysis will be constrained by the ability of the infrastructure to correlate frames with public time references.
For this purpose, Relyum developed the RELY-TSN-REC, which is capable of inspecting, timestamping and logging regular Ethernet and time-sensitive network traffic using the same IEEE 802.1AS timing references as the rest of the analyzed network.

Expansion Module - Sensor Module
The sensor module is designed to provide a variety of input and output signals commonly used in the industry on a single board for interaction with the environment. The inputs and outputs available in the module are:
- 3 x digital inputs: isolated 0-24 VDC
- 1 x analog input: 4-20 mA
- 1 potential-free relay output, 250 VAC max.
- 1 three-wire RTD (PT100) temperature sensor interface
- 1 type K thermocouple sensor interface
- 1 x Integrated Electro-Piezoelectric (IEPE) accelerometer input
- 1 x RS422 (optional)
- 1 x RS485 + 1 x RS232 (optional)
To expand the capacity of the input/output switchboard, a second sensor module can be connected to an unused slot.

Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) is a new generation of network technology based on the evolution of the standard Ethernet architecture. It takes traditional Ethernet as the network foundation and provides a data link layer protocol specification for deterministic data transmission capability through mechanisms such as clock synchronization, data scheduling, and network configuration.
