Strategic Partnerships Manager
The Strategic Partner Specialist plays a key role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with the company’s business goals. This role focuses on fostering long-term collaborative relationships, driving joint business opportunities, and enhancing the value delivered through partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners across relevant industries and markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support business growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear understanding of roles and goals.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and in partner meetings to promote collaboration and new opportunities.
- Support co-marketing campaigns and joint business initiatives with partners to maximize market impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic partnership, business development, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain successful business relationships.
- Analytical mindset with capability to evaluate business opportunities and challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and local language (depending on location) is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B markets or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and partnership lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
