It is a device for continuous temperature monitoring and calculating the remaining stability budget of valuable products throughout the supply chain. It is thin and small enough to be placed on any sales unit or even on a single product. It is durable enough to remain on the product for its entire shelf life of up to 4 years. LIBERO ITS manages up to 6 alarm levels of deviation. The alarm status is always visible by displaying green = OK or red = ALARM. If the product's specific stability budget is used, LIBERO ITS will display a red LED: Alarm! In most cases, the product must be discarded. But suppose the product is not under your direct control. How do I notify the person responsible for the product? How is the status recorded? Furthermore, how can I archive this document in a safe and compliant way?
LIBERO ITS offers a smartphone app to download summary statistics including time stamps, maximum/minimum temperatures, and tour times for each temperature zone. Use the app to add information, notify product owners via email and securely archive survey results. In addition to supporting you in fault analysis (whose fault is it?), the database will also help you to analyze your products. the database will also help you run a compliant and efficient cold chain.

How to use LIBERO ITS
LIBERO ITS has a simple operating procedure. After the electronic indicator is applied at the point of packaging, it is securely attached to the unit-level product through as many warehouses, handling procedures and transportation methods as the product faces. At any of these transportation or storage points, the indicator can be read to give product status (alarm/no alarm). Finally, the statistics are downloaded to a smartphone or LIBERO Cloud.

A Time-Temperature Indicator (TTI) is a smart label affixed directly to a product that shows the cumulative time-temperature history of the product over its life cycle. The first versions of time and temperature indicators were chemical indicators, mainly used in the food industry. These chemical indicators work by aligning the physical changes in the indicator with the rate of degradation of the food product. Thus, the indicators can help indicate possible food degradation.
LIBERO ITS can functionally override and replace any other chemical indicator, freeze indicator or multi-level indicator. When produced in large quantities, LIBERO ITS is cost-competitive with expensive chemical indicators and is less expensive than any other electronic multi-level indicator or freeze indicator.
