About the Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will be the core of the digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and optimization of critical business systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, scalability, and resilience in cloud and on-premise environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Deployment: Provide database setup consultation (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Redis) for clients, design customized solutions, and collaborate with sales/marketing teams to translate technical value into client benefits.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Execute functional testing, establish error reporting mechanisms, resolve key technical issues, and develop prototypes to simulate application scenarios.
- Technical Consultation: Prepare user manuals and technical documents, clearly explain technical details to non-technical clients, and host product training and technical seminars.
- Technical Output & Dissemination: Exchange insights with domestic and international experts to enhance database architecture and operational practices, and write product technical articles to promote application cases.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in STEM disciplines, with 3-5 years of software support experience;
- Possess basic IT knowledge and database concepts, and master network concepts, setup, and operation-related knowledge;
- Have experience in the setup and operation of common databases (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Redis, etc.);
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to assist sales and marketing teams;
- Good learning ability and logical thinking, able to quickly understand and master new products and tools, and proficient in using AI to improve work efficiency.
