一、前言

在運輸機械、變壓器、高壓開關或其他高價值設備的過程中，即使是一次意外的撞擊，也可能造成設備損壞、性能下降，甚至導致報廢。為了客觀監控並評估設備在運輸過程中遭受的外部衝擊，同時滿足進出口法規up to行業安全標準的要求，越來越多終端用戶開始採用智慧衝擊記錄儀（Shock Recorder）作為運輸風險控制的關鍵工具。

三、實際應用

01　可靠性評估

西門子能源（Siemens Energy）為驗證高壓開關設備運輸監測的可靠性，採用了某品牌高精度振動監測儀與虹科 ASPION G-Log 2 智慧衝擊記錄儀進行振動對比測試，以評估該裝置是否能滿足長途運輸過程的監測需求。

如圖 1 所示，測試過程中將兩款設備安裝於同一貨物位置上，並通過跌落試驗、手動搖晃與振動臺模擬等方式產生相同的外部衝擊。

傳統高精度振動監測儀因體積大、重量重，往往需要客製化安裝結構或額外固定裝置，增加了部署時間與成本。此外，這類設備容易受到外部環境（如溫度、濕度或運輸震動）的影響，難以直接安裝於包裝木箱或設備外殼表面，限制了其在實際運輸監測場景中的應用靈活度。
