HONGKE ps-grade pulse generator
TS-PG1000 Series
The HONGKE Pulse Generator TS-PG1000 series includes a set of fast rise time pulse generators that provide superior signal integrity through the easiest-to-use touch screen display interface (SimpleRider™), allowing pulses to be created in just a few screen touches. The signal output voltage is adjustable within a ±5 V window, with a maximum voltage of 5 Vpp and an edge rate of 70 ps. The powerful architecture offers the possibility of generating advanced pulse sequences with fully independent timing parameters, such as double or quad pulses. The maximum repetition rate of the HONK Pulse Generator is 800 MHz and the minimum pulse width is 300 ps@5 V. The maximum repetition rate of the HONK Pulse Generator is 800 MHz and the minimum pulse width is 300 ps@5 V.

Semiconductor
New technologies for non-volatile RAM applications require faster pulses every day: With switching times below 70 ps, amplitudes up to 5 Vpp, a time resolution of 10 ps and a vertical resolution of 10 mV, ICP DAS pulse generators are the perfect choice to fulfill these requirements. The challenge in developing modern MOSFET transistors is the use of high-K materials as dielectrics for MOS capacitors, which has the advantage of reducing leakage currents through the isolator, but also causes problems due to charge trapping. Short- and slow-pulse testing is fundamental to the study of such problems, and the TS-PG1000 series pulse generators offer fast edges of 70 ps or less, baseline offsets of ±2.5 V, and pulse widths of 300 ps to 1 s, making them ideal for generating short- and slow-pulse test pulses.

Electro-optical Modulator
An electro-optical modulator (EOM) is a device that can be used to control the power (intensity modulator), phase (phase modulator), or polarization of light through electrically controlled signals. It is important to use an electronic driver that is well matched to the EOM and suitable for the particular application. For example, different types of EOMs require different drive voltages, and the TS-PG1000 series of pulse generators allow the design and testing of new electro-optical modulators that often require higher voltages and narrower pulses as control signals. the TS-PG1000 can provide pulse amplitudes up to 5 Vpp, as well as very narrow pulses of 300 ps and a high repetition rate of 800 MHz.

Advanced Studies
Photomultiplier tubes are fundamental in large-scale physics experiments because they convert photons into charges that can be picked up by the acquisition system, allowing the detection of photons. With the TS-PG1000 series of pulse generators, pulses of different widths, periods, and amplitudes can be generated for use as laser drive signals. A tachyon tube is a special type of linear beam vacuum tube that can be used in a variety of applications, such as in colliders used in large-scale physics experiments, where its purpose is to generate particles that will collide. As with laser applications, an enable signal needs to be generated to drive the tube, and the TS-PG1000 series of pulse generators provides an off-the-shelf solution that allows the enable signal parameters of the tube to be easily controlled and modified using a graphical interface and touch screen display.
