Wide Band UV Curing
use onlyDisadvantages of single wavelength UV curingIt is the curing on the surface of the photosensitive material that is too fast and may prevent further radiation transmission into the adhesive layer and prevent complete curing.
Longer wavelength UV rays penetrate deeper into the UV adhesive, but theNon-adhesive surfaces usually require strong radiation around 365 nm.
To produce a fully cured adhesive layer and a perfect surface, you can use theMultiple wavelengths for curing patternsThe exposure is done at higher wavelengths and then the curing is done at higher intensity lower wavelengths.
