Arbitrary Waveform Generator TS-AWG5000 Series
TS-AWG5000 Series
The TS-AWG5000 series are 2, 4 and 8 channel pulse generators with 16-bit resolution digital-to-analog converters. With an easy-to-use user interface, single or dual pulses can be programmed in seconds. The TS-AWG5000 pulse generator series offers an update rate of 6.16 Gs/s, a 5 Vpp output voltage range, a 110 ps rise/fall time, and a memory depth of up to 4 GSamples, making it an ideal choice for automotive, aerospace and defense, large-physics, and semiconductor test applications. automotive, aerospace and defense, large physics and semiconductor test applications. Up to 8 analog channels and up to 32 digital lines per unit (TTL or LVDS standard) allow users to create mixed signal generation setups to generate analog and digital stimuli.
Realizable at up to 5 Vpp.
Rapid rise time of 110 ps
The Serial Data Pattern Generator option allows you to generate binary streams through the front-end SMA connector at an update rate of 1.54 Gbps: built-in PRBS sequencing, modulation functions, conversion shaping, and a powerful, flexible analog front-end make SPG the perfect tool for the most challenging applications. A dedicated in-chassis synchronization bus allows multi-instrument synchronization of up to 4 units: 32 analog and 128 digital channels for the world's most powerful mixed-signal generators.
