The TS-22 series is the ideal solution for high-speed, high-bandwidth data acquisition. A variety of cards with sampling rates between 1.25 GS/s and 5 GS/s are available. Powerful amplifiers with four input ranges and AC/DC coupling accommodate virtually all available signals, and the TS-22xx series delivers excellent dynamic performance in the spectrum, even with fast signals up to 7.3 ENOB. PCIe Digitizer TS-M4i.22xx Series

PXIe Digitizer TS-M4x.22xx Series

The nine models of the TS-M4x.22xx-x4 Express series are designed for high-speed data acquisition. Each input channel has its own A/D converter and programmable input amplifier. This allows signals to be recorded simultaneously on all channels without any phase delay between them. The large on-board memory allows long recording times even at the highest sampling rates.
