TrackSense Pro-Temperature Thermocouple Sensor

Temperature Thermocouple Sensors
Ellab's unique Temperature Thermocouple Sensor (TC Sensor) now allows users worldwide to use thermocouples in conjunction with wireless data loggers. The temperature range of the sensor is from -50 to +62 °C. The temperature thermocouple sensor is designed for applications that put a lot of stress on the sensor with as little impact on the sample as possible. A good example of this application is freeze-drying, also known as chill-drying.
The TrackSense Pro DataCORDER series is equipped with an interchangeable sensor option that unlocks multiple measurement parameters:
✓ Temperature
✓ Pressure
✓ Conductivity
✓ Relative Humidity
✓ Vacuum
✓ Vapor penetration
The DataCORDER can be easily activated and read by multiple readout stations and combined with the Sky Module via wireless communication to obtain real-time data.

Applications

Freeze-drying
Freeze drying (or chill drying) is a technique used to remove water from a solution to leave a more stable "dried product". The technique involves freezing the product on a rack at a very low temperature, applying a vacuum, and then slowly heating the product to ensure that the ice turns to vapor to remove the water.
The key parameters of the process are temperature (product and shelf) and pressure/vacuum.

UHT and HTST Pasteurized bacteria
UHT and HTST pasteurization are highly regulated heat treatment processes that primarily sterilize liquid products (usually food) prior to packaging. The goal of heat treatment is to sterilize foods and beverages such as milk, juices, condiments and yogurt, while ensuring that they retain their organoleptic appeal and become storage-resistant.
