Multi-spectral modularization platform
The ALE/1 combines the radiant power and spectral properties of mercury discharge lamps with the process advantages of LED technology.
based onModular PlatformThis enables a high degree of flexibility and customization of the spectral composition.
With the modular platform concept, the ALE/1 can combine up to5 High Performance LEDsThe
Spectral composition is optional:
→ UV-LEDs (365, 385, 405, 435 nm)
→ VIS-LED (470, 520, 620, 660, 690 nm)
→ NIR-LEDs (730, 770, 810, 850, 970 nm)
Outlets can be combined with 5.0 mm, 6.5 mm, or 8.0 mm light guides to enhance performance.
Basic Parameter Information
- ALE/1.1 (1 LED channel)
- ALE/1.2 (2 LED channels)
- ALE/1.3 (3 LED channels)
- ALE/1.4/1.5 (4-5 LED channels)
Provides the highest radiation intensity focused on a single peak wavelength. If your application is suited for narrow band output, then the ALE/1.1 is your first choice for a high output UV-LED spot curing system.

A variety of 3-LED settings are available.
The ALE/1.3 (365/385/405 nm) covers the spectrum from 365 nm to 405 nm with high UV power and is especially suited for curing applications. This configuration of three high-performance UV-LEDs gives you plenty of flexibility to combine and select available wavelengths to benefit from broad-spectrum exposures.
Whether you want to switch between bandwidths or use a wider spectrum, the ALE/1.3 gives you up to 30 W of maximum radiation output.
