HONGKE ps-grade pulse generator
TS-PG1500 Series
The HONGKE Pulse Generator TS-PG1500 series includes a set of fast rise time pulse generators that provide superior signal integrity through the easiest-to-use touch screen display interface (SimpleRider™), allowing pulses to be created with just a few screen touches. The signal output voltage is adjustable within a ±25 V window, with a maximum voltage of 50 Vpp and an edge rate of 400 ps. Its innovative hardware architecture offers the possibility of generating multiple pulse sequences, such as double, triple, or quadruple pulses, with completely independent timing parameters. The maximum repetition rate of the HONK Pulse Generator is 400 MHz and the minimum pulse width is 1 ns@50 Vpp.

Probe Motor (GPR) Testing
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is a geophysical method of imaging the subsurface using radar pulses. The performance of a GPR is primarily determined by the pulse generator and is evaluated by resolution, distance of survey, etc. Narrow width, high repetition frequency, and high amplitude pulses usually result in better resolution. Narrow width, high repetition rate and high amplitude pulses usually result in better resolution. the TS-PG1500 series can generate pulses up to 50 Vpp with a narrow width of 1 ns and a maximum repetition rate of 400 MHz.

Semiconductor Characterization
New technologies for non-volatile RAM applications require faster pulsing: pulse generators with edge times below 400 ps, amplitudes up to 50 Vpp, time resolution of 10 ps, and vertical resolution of 10 mV. are perfectly suited to meet these requirements. The challenge in developing modern MOSFET transistors is the use of high-K materials as dielectrics for MOS capacitors, which has the advantage of reducing leakage currents through the isolator but, at the same time, leads to a number of problems due to charge trapping. Short pulse and slow pulse tests are fundamental to study such problems. PulseThe Degenerator TS-PG1500 series pulse generator provides fast edges of up to 400 ps, baseline offsets of ±25 V, and pulse widths of 1 ns to 1 s, making it ideal for short- and slow-pulse testing.

Laser Radar Design and Advanced Research Applications
Today's automotive solutions need to create accurate and reliable tests, and laser radar is one of the strategic components of such solutions. In large-scale physics experiments, photomultipliers are important because they convert photons into charges that can be received by the acquisition system, allowing the detection of photons. With the pulse generator TS-PG1500 series pulse generators, pulses with different light intensities can be generated. Used for the width, period, and amplitude of laser driver signals.
