Avision Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG) are devices that provide a wide range of analog digital signal generation, including benchtop instruments and PCIe/PXIe based bus boards. The HONGKE AWG benchtop instrument operates as an Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG), Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG), Digital Pattern Generator (DPG), and Serial Pattern Generator (SPG). It supports a wide range of heterodyne modulated signals, including analog modulated AM, FM, PM, and digitally modulated QPSK, QAM, FSK, and more. In addition to providing powerful signal generation functions, the touch-screen UI interface allows users to quickly get started, edit and output the waveforms they want. HONGKEI's PCIe/PXIe AWG cards have a sampling rate of up to 1.25 GS/s, 16 bit resolution, and up to 4 channels per card. Multi-channel AWGs can be internally synchronized with a star hub to build systems with up to 64 synchronized channels. The single stand-alone portable desktop unit of the GeneratorNETBOX series from Avision is Ethernet/LXI based and can accommodate up to 24 channels starting from 2 channels. These multi-channel waveform generators are commonly used in physics experiments and are well suited for quantum research. Configured with the free host software Sbench 6, a secondary development kit is provided to control the output of complex simulation waveforms on your desired software platform.
