About the role:
The Marketing Specialist manages and optimizes the company’s website and digital channels, executes SEO/SEM strategies to boost traffic, and organizes both online and offline marketing campaigns. This role analyzes market trends and works closely with sales to support business goals.
What You’ll Do:
  • Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring accurate content, timely updates, optimizing user experience, and increasing website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Increase the website’s search engine ranking and add targeted traffic through SEO, SEM, and other means.
  • Responsible for the operation and continuous optimization of various marketing channels such as websites, social media, etc.
  • Plan and organize various online and offline marketing activities to attract more attention and inquiries from enterprise customers.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor situations, analyze user needs, and provide guidance for marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team, understand market demand and customer feedback, provide support, and assist in achieving sales goals.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above in marketing, social media, information technology or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools and techniques, coupled with a robust ability in data analysis.
  • Web page building experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong spirit of teamwork, capable of effectively collaborating with various departments and cultural backgrounds to accomplish project tasks.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
