ELPRO Cloud Real-Time Cloud Solutions

ELPRO Cloud is ELPRO's real-time cloud-based solution. It is used to monitor temperature and humidity in rooms, equipment, trucks and containers, and also provides the ideal entry-level solution for real-time monitoring of temperature and location during cold chain transportation.

Customers can choose between wireless sensors with proprietary antennas and calibrated IoT sensors communicating over the public LPWAN network - all sensors can be combined in the cloud as needed.

The system has been developed in accordance with GAMP5, supports compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and can be configured and applied independently by the customer. Upon request, ELPRO can also provide additional services for on-site planning and installation of hardware.Cloudless

There are three simple steps to monitoring with ELPRO Cloud:

1. Setting up the sensors

Our wireless temperature sensors are easy to set up and can be placed anywhere in your facility.

2. Monitoring temperature

Our cloud-based solutions monitor and archive your temperature data - securely and compliantly.

3. receiving alarms

Get automatic alerts via email or text message when temperature limits are exceeded.

Compatible Data Logger

Radio System 868/915 MHz

The Local Radio Bridge (RBR) communicates with up to 50 battery-powered radio sensors in the same building.

Yes. All models of the LIBERO series PDF temperature loggers and temperature/humidity loggers have been issued aviation safety certificates (Certificates of Compliance for Cargo Transport) by the Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry and Beijing DGM, and come with UN38.3 test reports, UN38.3 test summaries, and electromagnetic radiation reports. In addition, this series has been included in Air China’s PED (Portable Electronic Devices) approved list and may be transported directly on board.

 

The ECOLOG-PRO wireless module has a transmission range of up to 100 meters in an unobstructed environment; however, actual performance may be affected by obstacles such as walls, doors, insulation materials, concrete, and metal. Please avoid placing the RBR (or sensor) behind cabinets, in enclosed rooms, or behind concrete walls or metal structures whenever possible. Users can check the effective radio signal strength via the elproCLOUD dashboard interface.

 

Yes. ELPRO Cloud was developed specifically to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and is fully compliant with GxP standards:

  • ELPRO has an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. All components (hardware and software) are developed in accordance with GAMP 5 guidelines.

  • ELPRO Cloud is equipped with a user management system that fully logs all operations in the audit trail. The sensors have an accuracy of ±0.5°C and are calibrated in an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory. All changes, including those to the ELPRO Cloud SaaS, are subject to strict change management processes.

LIBERO G uses 4G cellular IoT (LTE-M/NB-IoT) for communication. Cellular IoT is designed specifically for low-power, long-range transmission of small amounts of data (machine-to-machine / M2M). This protocol was standardized by 3GPP and is now widely used around the world.

 

A verification certificate will be included with each shipment of LIBERO products, listing all LIBERO serial numbers for the products in that shipment. If ELPRO has performed a specific manufacturer/factory calibration on your LIBERO, you will receive a hard copy of the corresponding calibration certificate with your shipment. If any required verification certificates or calibration certificates are missing or no longer available, please feel free to contact us at any time.
