This device is a configurable in-vehicle Ethernet switch and communication bridge that can function as a frame sniffer (Active TAP) to capture packets, or as an Ethernet-to-CAN/CAN FD gateway, supporting bidirectional data transmission between any Ethernet port and a CAN or CAN FD network.

Functional overview

This gateway is equipped with 3 100BASE-T1 ports, 1 Gigabit Ethernet port (supporting 1000BASE-T or 10/100/1000BASE-TX), 2 CAN/CAN FD channels, 1 LIN bus channel, and 1 USB port. All Ethernet ports are connected via an internal Ethernet switch. The device is also equipped with a microSD card slot, 2 digital output interfaces, and 2 analog input interfaces.

With the free C language SDK, users can customize device firmware for applications such as data monitoring/sniffing, testing, and simulation.
